Catalyst is a family of high-performance power catamarans created to deliver America's Cup–level capability in a versatile, fully customisable platform. Originating as chase boats for Emirates Team New Zealand, the design carries championship DNA and is developed with internationally awarded multihull specialists Morelli & Melvin. Each Catalyst is constructed from strong, lightweight epoxy composite laminates with carbon reinforcements, producing a powerful yet refined sea boat with outstanding ride quality, handling and seakeeping. The hull form is engineered for speed, turning ability, load-carrying capacity and all-weather performance, with refinements such as a more pronounced vee and extended waterline length on the latest variants to soften the ride in a seaway and improve performance across a wide range of conditions.

Rather than following a fixed production template, Catalyst operates as a fully bespoke programme. Every boat is individually crafted by a dedicated team of artisans to exacting standards, with no two vessels the same across the growing fleet. Power options range from multiple high-horsepower outboards to inboards and waterjet propulsion, and can incorporate advanced features such as foil-assist, fold-down cockpit topsides and bow beach-landing swim stairs.
