The story of Formosa Marine
Formosa Marine is an Australian owned company, designing and building aluminium boats since 1998. Their mission has been to advance their boats with plate hull construction to handle the Australian environment, yet keep them affordable without skimping on quality and strength. Introducing the New Formosa SRT Plate Hull which combines the very best from Formosa's SEA-ROD and Tomahawk brands, packaging them into one skillfully engineered plate boat and rebranded as Formosa SRT.
The Formosa aluminium boats are designed and built in Lytton, Brisbane and are known for their strength, stability and versatility. Formosa Marine are the most innovative in aluminium boat design in Australia, working closely with customers and dealers to ensure you receive the best in hull design, functionality and value. Each hull has the same engineering specifications, so you can be assured that you will receive plate boat construction and a spacious layout regardless of the size or model selected from the largest range of plate boats on the market.
