Huntsman Boats, founded in 1992, is a New Zealand-based manufacturer renowned for quality, superior performing powerboats. Starting with the legendary Stingray ski boats and fibreglass repairs, they expanded into popular models like the 525 Executive, 525 Sport, and La Plata. These early designs laid the foundation for their high-performance hulls, which today span a range of 5 to 7.5 metres, catering to various boating enthusiasts.
The company prides itself on exceptional handling, smooth and quiet rides, and meticulous design attention, ensuring each boat is built to the highest standards, delivering unmatched quality, performance, and handling. Their boats are designed to stand the test of time and become cherished family treasures for generations.
In 2012, Huntsman Boats launched Huntsman Fibreglass, a division dedicated to producing high-quality commercial fibreglass products beyond boating, including automotive, architectural components, signage, equestrian, and farming solutions, serving diverse industries with custom fibreglass manufacturing.
Mike Bamber, Owner/Operator, has over 20 years of experience in boat building and is committed to continuously refining the performance and style that define Huntsman Boats. The company emphasizes safety, buoyancy, and structural integrity, conforming to the New Zealand Boat Building Compliance Code, with a focus on customer satisfaction and warranty assurance.
