King Watercraft Ltd is a family owned and operated company based in Christchurch, New Zealand, founded in 2014 with a passion for designing and developing high quality watercraft. Specializing in Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs), King Watercraft focuses on producing bespoke boats tailored specifically for New Zealand waters and the unique needs of their customers.
The company is known for pushing design boundaries to stand out from the crowd, always striving to be one step ahead in innovation. They proudly design, develop, and manufacture their RIBs entirely in New Zealand, emphasizing premium quality, effortless style, comfort, incredible stability, and exceptional handling. King Watercraft has built a loyal customer base and strong relationships through their commitment to post-purchase service.
The founder, Will King, grew up by the coastal end of a South Island river and combined his passion for boats with a design degree and over 15 years of experience to develop the company into what it is today. To date, over 150 King Watercraft boats are afloat in New Zealand and beyond.
Their process begins with close collaboration with customers, involving them throughout the design and build stages to customize and perfect their boats to meet individual desires and lifestyles.
