Description
The NM 960 Aluminium RIB delivers a premium blend of performance, durability, and on‑water comfort, purpose‑built for both serious offshore runs and relaxed family cruising. Stretching 9.6 metres in overall length with a broad 3.2‑metre beam, it combines a robust marine‑grade aluminium hull with high‑performance ORCA(r) Hypalon tubes to create a stable, secure platform in a wide range of sea conditions.
This model is designed to carry up to 10 passengers and a maximum load of 1,350kg, making it ideal for entertaining, adventure boating, and coastal exploration. A twin‑engine configuration is recommended, with 2 x 250hp (up to 500hp total) providing strong, responsive performance, while the 450‑litre built‑in fuel tank supports extended passages without frequent refuelling.
On deck, the NM 960 focuses on comfort and usability. EVA foam flooring offers a soft, grippy surface underfoot, enhancing safety and comfort in wet conditions. The helm station features a custom aluminium console with a carbon fibre dash panel, hydraulic steering, and a dashboard designed to accommodate a display of up to 16 inches, alongside a practical glove box for personal items. A rear stainless steel arch and ski pole support towing duties for water sports.
Entertaining amenities are a highlight, with a built‑in BBQ, fridge, and teak tables complemented by a wet bar with sink and shower. A generous bow sun‑pad area invites relaxation, while the rear swim platform with ladder makes water access simple and safe. Integrated rear seating and a comfortable stern sofa create a sociable cockpit layout, and extensive under‑seat and deck‑integrated storage ensure gear and equipment can be stowed neatly out of the way.
With its custom step aluminium hull, multiple air chambers for added safety, and a specification focused on both practicality and enjoyment, the NM 960 Aluminium RIB stands out as a versatile large RIB suited to premium day boating, resort or chase‑boat duties, and luxury adventure use.
