Stabicraft is a renowned manufacturer of rigid hulled aluminium boats, founded in 1987 in Invercargill, New Zealand by Paul Adams and Bruce Dickens. The company pioneered the world's first aluminium positive buoyancy chambered boat, known for its unique Life Ring Protection made from individually sealed air and water-tight aluminium chambers wrapped around the hull. This innovation ensures that the boat remains afloat even when filled with water, providing exceptional safety.
The boats are designed with inspiration from the harsh and challenging 'Roaring Forties' seas off New Zealand's southern coast, which has driven Stabicraft to develop highly durable and capable vessels.
