White Pointer Boats 1020 Pro Sportsman

The 1020 Pro Sportsman is the biggest road legal model by White Pointer Boats, currently under construction. It features a fully welded checker plate decking that is pressure tested and easy to clean, combined with a reverse chined (gull wing) non-pounding hull design that is fully framed and plated, a commercially proven concept with a pro-sportsman curved game chasing transom.

Available engine options include Volvo D6 440HP or twin D3 220 inboard engines, with digital throttle shift, stainless steel propellers, and a custom engine bay with a lift-up engine box central station.

Electronics standard on the model include a Simrad NSS16 EVO3S 16" MFD flush dash mounted, VSSLNK single kit with full NMEA 2000 network, Simrad XSONIC TM 275LH-W CHIRP transducer transom mounted, GME VHF radio in overhead console with screw-in aerial whip, and Fusion MS RA770 Apollo stereo system with 4x 4" speakers and aerial.

The bow features a large anchor well with drains, "T" shape bow bollard, bow sprit with rope guide and roller, flat foredeck platform, full bow railing, bow floodlight bar under the bow rail, tow eye, and a Stressfree NG Maxi Freefall 1400w winch with 110m 8mm braid plus 15m chain.

The cuddy cabin includes a dash removable rear cover for wiring access, watertight cuddy roof hatch, LED cuddy lighting, V-berth in-fill squab, two upper single beds, a double bed underfloor, sleeping capacity for 6-7 people comfortably with a drop down table creating a single bed, upper and lower storage shelves, under-squab storage, electric flush toilet and shower in a walk-in closed door area, marine carpet lined walls and ceiling, and vee berth squabs.

The wheelhouse is equipped for driver sitting or standing with compass and nav lighting, custom bolstered front helm with storage base, rear double box seating with rise and fall table, double rear seat with lift-up squab, table between port seats, 12V USB sockets, full-width dash top with flush-mount electronics capability, throttle housing for top mount, 45L fridge under rear seat, grab rails on roof, LED anchor mast light, navigation and interior lights, dash-mounted radio console, sliding frameless side windows, under-deck storage, marine vinyl upholstery, marine carpet lined, dual pantograph windscreen wipers with washer, one-piece curved glass front window, and dual 6-switch wiring panel with fuse access.

The cockpit includes battery storage with large hatches, built-in buoyancy, saltwater deck wash system, fresh water system with 85L tank, hose, pump, filter, tap, 800L in-floor fuel tank, LED deck spotlights, rod holders, storage/kill tank with liner, paddle and gaff storage, large side shelves, auto bilge pump, in-deck sump with drainage.

Transom features include central bait station cutting board, transom door swing to center, two-step transom pull-out ladder, mid-transom alloy cleat bollards, twin live bait tank with top hatch access, modern fast-back transom profile, transducer mounting plate, trim tab mounting plates, twin battery system with isolation and parallel switch.

Coatings include painted hood, wheelhouse, hull sides and transom; acid-washed and Nyalic-coated interior and structural areas; decal graphics and striping.

The boat comes with a custom alloy twin axle trailer with cradle design center rollers, submersible LED lights, high-lift jockey wheel, Nylic coating, Credo electronic brake system, stainless discs and calipers, snub catch system, spare wheel and mount, tie-down straps with flag bag and light; Australian-spec dual axle with marker lights available as a popular extra.
