Capricorn 55 Pilot Boat

Built to perform and designed to last, Borru is a classic 55' Capricorn Charters Pilot Boat with a strong commercial pedigree. Designed by Ron Wright of Norman R. Wright & Sons and launched in 1966, this well-maintained vessel remains in Full AMSA - 2A and 2B Survey (200nm offshore), making her an excellent choice for charter operations or private ownership.

Constructed with hardwood below the waterline and Oregon topsides, Borru is built to withstand offshore conditions. She accommodates six guests with one bathroom and one shower. The forward galley is fully equipped with two Utectic fridges, three Utectic freezers, twin electric hot plates, a microwave/convection oven, and a gas Weber BBQ, ideal for extended voyages.

Stability is enhanced by Hydraulic Vosper Max stabiliser fins, and navigation is supported by Coden and Simrad electronics with a TMQ autopilot.
