About this vessel
1970 Riva Super Aquarama - Collector's Icon with Twin 350hp Crusaders. Truly is one of a Kind in Australia - 4th owner from new.
A floating masterpiece, this 1970 Riva Super Aquarama, numbered at 428 in Riva's build production, is the pinnacle of Italian boatbuilding and one of the rarest classic wooden vessels in Australia. Built at the legendary Riva shipyard in Sarnico, Italy, and designed by Carlo Riva, this boat represents the golden age of luxury powerboats.
Meticulously preserved and presented in exceptional condition, she features twin Crusader 350hp V8 engines, delivering exhilarating performance with the unmistakable soundtrack of classic American muscle. The polished mahogany hull, turquoise accents, and iconic white upholstery are all true to the original design.
She's not just another boat. She's a rolling sculpture on water, an investment opportunity or a display piece.
Fitted with rare factory options such as the freshwater system and chiller box, this Super Aquarama was one of the last iterations of the model before production ceased in 1971. With only just over 200 Super Aquaramas ever built, and fewer still featuring the high-output Crusader 350 engines, this boat stands as an appreciating asset and heirloom-worthy collector's item.
Currently sitting on a Voyager trailer, she is believed to be the only Super Aquarama of her kind in Australia in such condition, making her a show-stopping head-turner wherever she goes, from Sydney Harbour to the Gold Coast or even Lake Como.
