Uniflite 42

The 1973 Uniflite 42 Flybridge is a classic motor yacht known for its durability and seaworthiness. It features a spacious flybridge for navigation and relaxation, a comfortable salon area, and multiple staterooms for accommodations. ALEGRIA was fully refitted in 2011, with LP paint on topsides, new memory foam bedding, and lighting. The flybridge helm was completely re-gelcoated and new gauges were installed. The vessel achieves 2 MPG at 9.5 knots.

Interior refurbished including new carpet, wallcoverings, headliner, black granite countertops with custom cabinetry, and interior wood refinished. The galley features a dinette table, and the layout includes a 4-seat dinette with teak table, forward cabin with large V-berth and filler, second cabin with two bunks, bathroom with shower and granite countertops, and a Jabsco Marine Toilet. Granite countertops with custom cabinets are in the salon along with an undercounter refrigerator/freezer and convertible queen sofa. Bamboo blinds are throughout the salon.

The large flybridge has seating for 6, with plastic less than 2 years old. A large cockpit (13x13) features an integrated bait tank. There is a large lazarette underneath the cockpit, original teak coaming with canvas protective cover, and cockpit throttle and transmission controls with cover. A tender davit with remote control and Magma BBQ Propane Grill with cover are included. A dinghy with 15 hp Suzuki outboard is included (not run in 2 years, but gas was drained). The vessel has a swim step.

This vessel has an out-of-state owner who used it as a vacation getaway for the past 8 years. It is fully equipped for live aboard with kitchen utensils, pans, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, twin burner electric stovetop, induction hotplate, bedding, and towels.
