About this vessel
Swan and Sparkman and Stephens are two names associated with some of the most respected yachts in the world. Nanea is hull number 74 of 76 Swan 44's built by the prestigious Nautor yard. She has been New Zealand based for many years, with a legacy of caring owners, so has been serviced and upgraded in keeping with her tradition and heritage. Nanae is currently still proving her ability on the race course, as well as being a strong capable cruising yacht. Over the years she has had substantial refits including new teak decks and Yanmar 54 HP with only 380 hours. Her current owner has also upgraded her sail wardrobe, so she has most of what is needed for extended cruising or competitive racing, and she got a fresh coat of antifoul in October 2025.
