Ed Monk design. Extensive mechanical, electrical, and safety updates 2018–2023.
Isuzu 112 hp turbo diesel with new injectors and starter (2020). Twin Disc gear (new 2018). Tuna-tuned NiCal prop (new 2018). Isuzu 30 kW genset (overhauled 2019). 7 kt cruise burning 1.9 GPH combined with main engine, genset, and blast freezer running.
Insulated blast freezer hold with 20,000 lbs capacity. New circulation pumps (2020). Titanium brine chiller on deck in separate tanks, closed circulation system. Hydraulic pinch puller, 12" hydraulic crab block, and two 12V HD jig machines, with 1,000' of new 500 lb test Dyneema (never wetted, stored inside).
Complete electronics with triple-redundant navigation: Garmin 8610 MFD (new 2020) with radar, two backup plotters, 36-mile radar, side scan sonar with dual transducer depth finder, Simrad autopilot with pattern steering (new 2019), CCTV system (new 2019). 3000W inverter. All new batteries (2022). 2,300 watts of solar panels.
Fridge (new 2022), 12V freezer, propane stove. Two heads and one shower.
Includes life raft, survival suits, extensive spare parts inventory, reefer service package, and 12' HD Zodiac with Mercury 5 hp outboard.
