This vessel features a thoughtfully laid-out interior with a custom L-shaped galley aft to starboard, outfitted with a large double sink, Force 50 three burner propane stove with oven, ice box fitted with SeaFrost 12v refrigeration, pressure hot and cold water, and two foot pumps for fresh and salt water.

The main cabin has a traditional layout with port and starboard settees, the port settee converting to a double berth. A dinette table with a leaf is bulkhead mounted. Storage is abundant beneath the settees with louvered lockers and book shelves outboard. Forward is a V-berth with lockers and drawers below. A single quarter berth sits aft of the nav station. New cushions have been fitted throughout.

The enclosed head with shower and vanity is positioned aft to port and is accessible from both the forward and main cabin. Opposite the head to starboard is a hanging locker. A forward-facing nav station sits opposite to starboard. The varnished teak and holly cabin sole and beautifully varnished interior reflect quality craftsmanship.

Electrical systems include 12 volt DC and 110 volt dockside systems with three 12v batteries, dual propane solenoid switches with automatic changeover, shore power cord, two solar panels totaling 260 watts, Heart Interface inverter, and Victron Centaur battery charger. A 16,000 BTU air conditioning unit with heat is installed.

Navigation and electronics are comprehensive: Raymarine C70 chart plotter with multifunction display for radar, Raymarine wind, speed, and depth instruments, radar antenna mounted on the mast above spreaders, Uniden Oceanis VHF, Ritchie pedestal mounted compass, Compton hydraulic autopilot, and dual stereo system.

The sail plan is extensive, including mainsail, storm trysail on a separate sail track, 100% jib, 120% genoa, staysail on solent rig, spinnaker, and asymmetrical spinnaker. Four Lewmar #48 two-speed ST primary genoa sheet winches, an Anderson 40 ST winch on the cabin top, and three winch handles manage the sails. A custom mainsheet traveler is mounted on the cabin top.

Deck equipment and inventory include dark green canvas bimini top, dodger, sail covers, pedestal cover, hatch covers, and sun awnings, along with tan cockpit cushions (new). The vessel is outfitted with an electric bilge pump, shower sump pump, two Whale Gusher manual bilge pumps, screens for hatches, fenders, dock lines, two CQR plow anchors with respective rodes, EPIRB, four-person life raft (requiring recertification), Simpson Lawrence 555 windlass, Achilles inflatable dinghy with Mercury 5hp outboard, full deck awnings, Sailormat Wind Vane self-steering, LED lights, mast steps, and a canvas water catchment system. A garage full of spare parts is included.
