In order to ensure reliability, a major and expensive professional engine room refit was undertaken. $50,000 alone was spent to go over all the cooling, exhaust and fuel systems. Many components were removed and painted at the shop before reassembly. This engine room gleams. A custom stainless exhaust system was fitted.
