ELECTRICAL: 4.4 kW Westerbeke 4.4 kW genset, 12 V DC electrical system with two AGM 4-D “house” batteries (’21), AGM Group-31 engine-start battery (’21), breaker/distribution panel, emergency engine-start solenoid, Balmar 100 amp alternator; Balmar ARS-5 smart regulator, spare alternator. 110 V AC electrical system with 4.4 kW Westerbeke generator, inverter Portawattz 600, battery charger Xantrex Truecharge 40, galvanic isolator (2020), two 50’ 30A shorepower cords (‘21) with adapters.
MECHANICAL and PLUMBING: Water heater 12 gal (‘19), Seagull X-lF drinking-water purification system – at galley, Dometic reverse cycle AC/heat (’21), fuel tanks replaced (‘17), centerboard cable replaced (‘22).
DECK and OTHER EQUIPMENT: Custom (cored-fiberglass and tubular stainless steel) hardtop - pre-wired for solar (‘20), full Sunbrella/”glass” zip in/out enclosure panels for cockpit, cockpit cushions (’23), Edson pedestal with teak wheel, teak cockpit table, teak drink holder, teak grate in cockpit sole, Awlgrip nonskid (‘17), Sunbrella covers teak brightwork (toerails, hand-rails, dorade boxes and cockpit coaming), Magma Newport LPG grill - mounts on stern rail, foredeck light, swim ladder, SS lifelines/stanchions with gates ('17), bow pulpit and stern pulpits, docklines and fenders, USCG gear.

HULL: Flag-blue Awlgrip (‘22), keel/centerboard -- shoal draft!, bottom stripped, barrier coated ('20).
Selected Maintenance: Water-heater ('19), hydraulic backstay adjuster, Navtec – (rebuilt 2018), professionally serviced on an annual basis, all seacocks inspected and lubed (2022), repacked rudder stuffing box (2022), steering system inspected, cables replaced (2022), centerboard cable replaced (2022), starter battery replaced (2022), engine starter overhauled (2022), battery switches replaced (2022), full servicing by local marina of items noted in report, new sea water strainers installed for both engine and generator, centerboard pennant replaced, steering cable replaced, entire system inspected/serviced, AC circulation pump was double clamped, anchor locker drain hose replaced, steaming light repaired, fire suppression systems replaced in the engine and generator compartments, CO2 and smoke detectors replaced.
Flame/heat deflector bowl installed for Generator Racor filter, genset exhaust hose inspected, battery terminals covered, batteries secured, cover installed at back of shore power electrical panel, all valves inspected, serviced/lubed, several disassembled/cleaned/reassembled, all hoses and hose clamps inspected, replaced as needed, rudder post was repacked.
