Joe Adams is renowned for designing cruising yachts with impressive sailing performance, excellent sea-keeping abilities, and comfortable interiors. The Traditional 36 certainly embodies these traits and immediately proved popular as both a family cruiser and social racer. With true offshore capability, many have also completed extended cruises around Australia, as well as being enjoyed as comfortable liveaboard. "Aquarella" is an excellent example of the design and has been cruised extensively around the stunning waters of Southern Tasmania, including multiple trips around the rugged South West Coast to Port Davey. This vessel has been freshly antifouled in DEC 2025.

Stepping inside, the generous Pilothouse style windows provide excellent visibility and abundant natural light. The traditional teak fit out presents in good condition and creates a warm and welcoming ambience. The spacious saloon features a generous folding leaf dinette, with seating for 6 in comfort on the neatly upholstered settees. Aft of this is the well appointed galley, featuring a 2 burner gas stove with oven, 12V/240V Engel fridge, stainless steel sink with H/C pressurised water, and plenty of storage. The accommodation is ideal for cruising with family and friends. Forward is a generous double V-berth, aft are two single pilot berths, and there are two single settee berths in the saloon when additional accommodation is required. The package is complete with a private bathroom with electric toilet, H/C shower, and vanity.

Outside, the spacious cockpit offers plenty of room for entertaining or simply relaxing in your favourite anchorage. The solid spray dodger provides excellent protection, and the deep, secure cockpit ensures enhanced safety in challenging sailing conditions. Thoughtfully configured for easy shorthanded sailing, the vessel is well-equipped with a mainsail in a boom bag with lazy jacks, a furling headsail, and self-tailing primary winches. Navigating the wide side decks is a breeze, and the electric anchor winch on the bow helps to make anchoring easy.

This vessel is powered by a well maintained and reliable Volvo Diesel Engine paired with a 3 blade folding prop, providing easy and economical cruising.
