About this vessel
1984 Barberis 38 new to the market. Fabulous looking Italian manufactured yacht. Beautifully varnished warm rich mahogany interior with queen size v-berth featuring generous storage. Enclosed head and shower. Spacious salon with lush blue upholstery settees on port and starboard with aft L-shaped galley and navigation station. Queen size aft cabins on port and starboard sides with storage.
The varnished mahogany interior was recently restored. The teak & holly sole was refinished in 2023. Double cabin cushions are new in 2022.
Electronics include a 2018 Raymarine touch screen chart plotter, Raymarine Autopilot ev200 new 2025, VHF radio with wireless remote, Alpine cockpit stereo speakers and CD/stereo base speakers, Raymarine wind, depth, speed instruments, Raymarine Radar new 2024, and AIS with VHF receiving.
The electrical system features 2 100 amp house batteries, 1 100 amp engine start battery, battery charger, 110 volt shore power and outlets, Balmar high output alternator, Victron battery monitor, 2 12v bilge pumps, shower drain sump and pump, macerator pump, fresh water pump, and 5 gallon hot water tank.
Mechanical includes 2019 water pumps, fresh water cooled engine, Racor filter, and bronze sea-cocks.
Sails and rigging include a spin pole, Harken roller furling, 2019 mainsail dacron Quantum, Doyle stack pack 2024, 130% furling genoa Quantum, Harken furler, spinnaker, ST winches, new rigging 2019, dodger with windows, bimini, and cockpit cushions new 2023.
Hull and deck features Simpson Lawrence windlass, CQR plow chain, 2 solar vents, 2 dorades, dodger, bimini, davits.
