Bruce Roberts 44 Ketch
Overview
About this vessel
'Lisa' is a one owner Roberts 44 Ketch built to survey in Port Lincoln and launched in 1984. Originally built with the intention of going into survey and offering sailing tours around Port Lincoln, she never went into commercial survey. Instead the owners used her as a pleasure boat and sailed up the East coast.
'Lisa' comes with a full set of sails including anchor sail, most in very good condition. The main sail and number 2 jib are as new, and the mainsail is fully battened. All of the deck winches are self tailing, and the anchor winch was replaced presenting as new with a 3/8 chain gypsy roller to prevent twist. The stern locker is fully insulated and fibre glassed, providing protection for the boat and the equipment being stored.
The hull could do with a tidy up and repaint, but the build quality shines through. She is still a good solid boat with great bones.
