TRADEWINDS is a fully re-engineered custom yacht built on the proven hull of a 1984 Ocean Yachts 55' Super Sport. The vessel underwent a comprehensive systems-level refit completed in 2022, transforming a traditional diesel inboard sportfisher into a modern, owner-operated yacht optimized for efficiency, comfort, and real-world cruising performance.

This was not a cosmetic renovation or partial upgrade. Core propulsion, onboard systems, and interior layout were intentionally redesigned to meet specific operational and lifestyle objectives while retaining the original hull form.

The vessel's shallow draft and modern propulsion configuration make it particularly well suited for cruising in regions such as the Bahamas, Florida Keys, and Gulf Coast, where access and flexibility are critical.
