"MONDIAL" is a 12m Oceans 12 Pilot House cruising yacht designed by Alan Wright and launched 1984. Owned & loved by our vendor for over 35 years, she is now only for sale due to him reluctantly retiring from a life of sailing. With a GRP hull & teak decks she has huge volume for cruising or liveaboard, with 7 berths & 2 heads including large aft stateroom with ensuite. A spacious saloon with beautifully crafted timber interior, and a great galley with twin sinks and a gimballed stove. Presented in extremely good original condition she had previously travelled to the Pacific Islands and Australia, and subsequently Fiordland and over 100 Cook Strait crossings with our vendor.
