Oceanic 46'

Full forward is the double cabin. The snug saloon has good seating with a large folding dining table. The galley is particularly well set out and the bathroom is directly opposite. The raised pilothouse serves very well, good seating and excellent visibility of course. The pilothouse seat converts to a handy workbench with many tools stored under the seats. The aft cabin has its own bathroom. Lighting is 90% LED.

Galley

The galley has everything close to hand and vast storage, the large forward facing countertop houses a freezer and separate fridge compartments that share one huge holding plate. The oven is a Galanz combination convection, microwave, air fryer. The cook top is Dextop induction. The original oven and stove top are a Taylor's paraffin (kerosene) and it is available and in good working order. Double stainless sink with a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water (pressurized fresh and pressurized salt water).

Heads

Two, both with hot and cold water. Also plumbed for a cockpit shower. Toilets, two manual with holding tanks.

Electrics & Batteries

The yacht's AC system is 240 VAC and 110 VAC with a 6000 watt inverter. The yacht's DC system is 12VDC. 3 banks of 600 amp hours of lithium ion each with separate battery management controller. The starting battery is a 750amp AGM. Charging includes two 600 watt solar panels with a MPPT controller, main engine 30 amp alternator with a DC to DC charger, a 120 100 amp charger, and a 7.6 Kw Westerbeke diesel generator.

Electronics & Navigation

Garmin hydraulic autopilot with Garmin chartplotters in the pilothouse and cockpit, GPS maps for the entire world, Garmin GMR 18 HD3 radar, and Garmin 600 AIS transponder (transmit and receive). Garmin VHF radio with hand set in the cockpit and Standard Horizon VHF radio. Iridium Go Sat Phone with outside mounted antenna and Icom 710 ShortWave.

Machinery

Westerbeke 64A main engine with Hurth Marine Z25 transmission. Electric oil transfer pump. Westerbeke 7.6 generator. 12v bilge pumps.

Mast & Rigging

18m alloy keel stepped mast and boom with full height mast steps. Spinnaker pole. Standing rigging was replaced in 2012. Plenty of rigging spares and good running rigging.

Deck Gear

Lewmar winches, deck prisms, Dorade vents, boom gallows, rubbing strake, and aluminum stern arch.

Sail Inventory

2 Mainsails (slab reefed), 2 Jib sails, 2 Staysails, asymmetrical spinnaker, and storm jib and main. Sails are all in good condition.

Steering

Twin steering with inside steering (hydraulic) and cockpit wheel (wire to quadrant). Sayer's rig windvane.

Ground Tackle

Maxwell 1500 watt windlass with remote, 35 kg CQR, 20 kg Bruce, 120m of 10mm chain, and 300m rode.

Dinghy & Outboards

2.8m West Marine RIB with 15 hp Mercury outboard.

Covers and Awnings

Sprayhood for full cover and full set of cockpit cushions.
