Hershine 37 Newburyport
Overview
About this vessel
1987 Hershine Newburyport 37' Trunk Cabin Trawler designed by Ed Monk in Taiwan, very similar to the Monk 36' Trawler. Built with a large flybridge, well-protected full walkaround side decks, and traditional 2 staterooms, 2 head layout with teak trim and bulkheads throughout. The current owner has had the boat for 10 years and used it mainly as a liveaboard. Windows do not leak and the boat does not have the interior damage that is so typical of these Taiwanese-built boats.
Powered by a single Diesel 135hp Ford Lehman 6 cylinder with 2250 original hours. Cruises at 7 knots burning 2gph and makes 10 knots at WOT. A solid candidate for the Great Loop or a live-aboard vessel.
