About this vessel
The 80' 5" PERINI NAVI 25M S/Y was originally built in GRP by Italian yard Perini Navi and delivered in 1987 to Mr. Fabio Perini, founder of the famous yard.
The first of three identical 25m yachts, this PERINI NAVI 25M S/Y brought the revolutionary concepts of Perini Navi to the world of smaller, fiberglass yachts. For its time, she featured an iconic design, with its hemispherical helm wheel encompassing the navigation pod, and the first ever fully integrated cockpit area designed into its enclosure for robust and permanent al fresco lounging and dining.
This sailing yacht also featured the first recessed half deck pilot house leading to the main saloon and dining area. Other innovations included the retractable bow thruster and one of the first feathering propellers.
Accommodation is for up to 7 guests in 3 well-appointed cabins consisting of a master suite, double and a twin, all with entertainment systems, television screens and en-suite shower facilities.
The saloon is comfortable and relaxing with ample seating in front of an entertainment centre including a Samsung LCD television screen and a Bose stereo surround sound system.
On deck, the main cockpit comes complete with upholstered seating, a fridge and barbecue along with a custom bimini top in stainless steel.
She boasts an impeccable service history under her previous Owner, having had a full interior refit with a mechanical overhaul in 2012, while in 2021 she received a new main sail, genoa and staysail and a Kohler generator were fitted and in 2016 all the air conditioning compressors were replaced.
