Comfort and classic elegance provide the perfect elements for enjoying life on the water aboard the Carver 3807 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht. Two private staterooms feature double berths and abundant storage. The aft stateroom has a convenient private head compartment with shower, while the forward guest room features private access to the second head compartment also with shower. A convertible dinette - lounge and L-shaped sofa provide additional sleeping accommodations as well as seating for daytime entertaining. The command bridge features a slide - swivel pilot seat and ample seating for eight.

This may be the cleanest and best maintained 38' Carver in Florida. She has been a fresh water vessel until 11/24. The owners have done a great job keeping this boat looking and working great. The boat comes with twin 350 HP Crusaders with only 1011 hours, generator with only 551 hours, air conditioning and heat, automatic anchoring system, two heads with showers, full galley to include refrigerator w/freezer, stove w/oven, microwave, sink and great counter and storage space, full canvas on the bridge and mid deck, excellent electronics, very nice boarding steps from dock to boat, and mid deck wet bar with fridge.

The vessel has undergone extensive recent maintenance and upgrades. New Lewmar windlass, Mantus anchor, and anchor chain were installed in 7/2024. Seagrass snap-in carpet, new deck chairs and table were added to the aft cockpit. The helm features a Garmin chartplotter with radar and new Raymarine auto pilot. A dinghy davit system was installed in 9/2025. New marine toilets with smart flush controller and shower valves were installed in the heads in 7/2024, along with new shower and air-conditioning sump boxes and a fresh water pump. The galley received a new residential sink faucet, under cabinet LED lighting, and single induction hotplate in 7/2024, followed by a new Vitrifrigo refrigerator in 2/2025. The main salon was updated with new couch and ottoman in 8/2024 and new chair and ottoman in 12/2024. The aft stateroom received a new memory foam mattress in 8/2024. Three air conditioning units provide climate control throughout. The engine room includes twin Crusader 454 engines with cutless bearings replaced in 11/2024 and a full tune up in 9/2024. New deep cycle batteries were installed in 7/2024. The Westerbeke generator received a tune up with new electronic ignition and coil in 1/2026. Both engines and generator have been meticulously maintained with regular oil changes documented since acquisition.

The hull underwent bottom blasting, barrier coating and painting in 10/2025. Full canvas enclosure protects the helm and aft deck, with excellent helm glass including new pieces installed in 11/2025. Most light bulbs throughout the boat have been converted to LED. The vessel was kept in fresh water on Lake Michigan until 11/2024 and has had minimal salt water exposure, having been hauled out from 3/26/2025 to 11/2025 and again from mid-11/2025 to 3/30/2026.

This boat is a dolphin magnet! If there are any dolphins in the area they come rushing to the boat to swim and play.
