Overview

About this vessel

Powered by reliable Caterpillar 3208 engines, Port engine was rebuilt 2015 and starboard continues to run like a dream. Upon the listing sea trial, we achieved 25 knots in a 10 knot southerly. When needed she can get up and boogie, she'll sit at 18 knots all day long or if you're traveling distances bring her back to 8 knots, flick on the autopilot, radar and AIS integration and cruise!

Starting aft, you have the Yacht Fisher lower deck, copious storage along with genuine wetbar/BBQ area. Upstairs to the upper-cockpit is a comfortable seating arrangement. The aft-cabin style boats provide you with an amazing vantage point for sitting at bays, elevated and protected from the wind. Further up to the helm, bench seating surrounds the captains chair. Full Garmin electronic suite for extended voyages, including the recently installed forward facing sonar for navigating new areas (plus radar, autopilot, twin 12" Garmin MFD's & more). Downstairs a huge saloon, with large u-shaped lounge, table and seating for 10+. The aft cabin is a walk around king sized bed, with ensuite and TV + storage galore. Forward of the saloon is the galley and extra dining table/ U-shaped lounge. Further forward in the V-berth, semi walk around queen size bed. The adjacent head has shower and toilet with holding tank.

A huge amount of work has been done on this vessel in last few years: Port engine rebuilt 2015, Hull soda-blasted back to gel coat 2022, Shafts replaced 2022, Cutlass bearings replaced 2022, Props trimmed and tuned 2022, Rudder stocks removed and re-packed 2025, Bowthruster installed 2022, New stainless raw water pick up and strainers 2022, Forward facing sonar 2022, All external upholstery new 2023, Fibreglass exhaust installed 2020, Teak deck repaired and oiled 2024, All bow pulpit's removed and resealed, Windows and rear door resealed, Bedding new, Two stainless steel exhaust mixers installed 2020, Anchor winch rebuilt 2022, Engine cooling system serviced 2022.

Presenting in very good condition, this well loved and regularly used 54' footer has an LOA of 58 foot. She's beamy, spacious and incredibly comfortable. Would make a fantastic live-aboard or Rottnest Island extended trip vessel. Aquila is a boat designed for those who want absolute comfort whilst at sea and all the creature comforts you'd have at home. With multiple entertaining areas, would suit a large family or groups who want to explore or spend weeks on the water.
