NOVENA CASA is hull number 1289 of the Wide-Body Series of Grand Banks 42 yachts. Around mid 1991 at hull number 1220 Grand Banks redesigned the yachts and added a foot of length and a foot of beam to the hulls. The result is a much more spacious yacht which feels noticeably larger inside. She features the most desirable layout with a full size centerline Queen Berth in the aft cabin owners stateroom, and a large convertible V-Berth in the guest cabin forward. Each stateroom has an ensuite head for privacy and convenience.

NOVENA CASA has a 3 Zone Central Air Conditioning and Heating System with remote compressor units making it quiet and efficient. A 12KW Northern Lights Generator provides ample power to run the system while away from the dock. Additionally, she features a Washer Dryer and a Village Marine Tech Fresh Water Maker.

The current owner had the teak decks removed and replaced with a complete layer of fiberglass applied and a nice non-skid deck surface with waterways.
