About this vessel
A well-maintained cruising sailboat offering comfortable accommodations and comprehensive modern systems. The aft cabin features a queen berth, while the forward v-berth has reupholstered Sunbrella cushions with an extra set included. A convertible salon provides flexible living space, and the nav station includes a chart table and electrical panel. The cabin sole is teak and holly with good-condition upholstery throughout. All six portlights and two hatches have been rebedded and resealed.
The galley is equipped with Adler Barbour refrigeration, a Hillerange two-burner gimbaled propane stove with oven, and a Seaward six-gallon hot water heater with both 110V and engine heat exchange capability. Pressure hot and cold water is available throughout.
Navigation and electronics include a Raymarine A75 touchscreen chartplotter with Raymarine i60 wind system and Evolution EV-100 wheel autopilot, along with a Standard Horizon Eclipse DSC+ GX1200 VHF and Ritchie Powerdamp compass.
The electrical system features a ProMariner ProNautic battery charger, galvanic isolator, 30-amp shore power with two 30-foot cords, and two 4D maintenance-free batteries with a four-way selector switch.
The full batten mainsail includes a StackPack flaking and covering system, paired with a Schaefer Marine roller furling genoa. All running rigging was replaced in 2022. Lewmar self-tailing winches are mounted on the cabin top and cockpit coamings, with a solid boom vang and all lines led to the cockpit. The double-spreader anodized aluminum mast is deck-stepped. A second set of older racing sails is included.
The Yanmar 3GM30F diesel engine has approximately 900 hours and features a Kanzaki KM3P gearbox, one-inch bronze shaft with external strut, and 15x10 three-blade propeller. An 80-amp alternator, Racor fuel filter with water separator, and spare Yanmar parts are included. The engine has been professionally maintained at Embree Marine in St. Petersburg, with a new stuffing box, replaced engine belts, replaced hoses, maintained water pump, replaced cutlass bearing, and serviced heat exchanger all completed recently.
Deck systems include a Maxwell 12V electric windlass and a Rocna 33-pound anchor with 30 feet of chain and 200 feet of rode. The bottom job from 2022 remains in excellent condition with monthly professional hull cleaning. A bimini, cockpit cushions, and double lifelines with gates port and starboard complete the deck. A West Marine PRU3 dinghy with Evinrude 3hp outboard, Magma 15-inch kettle grill, dock lines, fenders, and two West Marine portable chairs are included.
Mechanical systems include Ocean Breeze 16,700 BTU air conditioning, a Jabsco manual head with newer pump, replaced fresh water pump, macerator pump, new bilge pump with Rule float switch, most plumbing lines replaced, serviced black water tank, and a deck pump-out fitting.
Safety equipment includes an ACR GlobalFix Pro EPIRB with battery replaced in 2024, flares and visual distress signals, life jackets in multiple sizes and types, a lifesling and USCG Type IV throwable cushion, and a mast climbing harness.
Additional equipment includes a PUR PowerSurvivor 40E watermaker (included as-is, not installed), original owner's manuals, and numerous spare parts and cruising gear.
