Alucraft HOUSE BOAT/TOW BARGE

FULL MONTE is a twin hull accommodation barge consisting of 4 x sealed Aluminium pontoons, with an aluminium frame built over the pontoons to house a flat deck and a 9-room accommodation structure. The accommodation consists of a 6-bedroom, 2 Toilet/Shower amenity block and a large Galley/common area with a pantry and electrical distribution switchboard. The accommodation can sleep 16. In addition, there is a nice neat plank deck alfresco area to the forward end, which also houses a generator engine box. The barge is designed to be moored when in use and has facilities to be safely towed to site. There is a drop-down access ramp forward, for passengers and supplies to be easily loaded and unloaded from dinghies. Larger vessels can be moored alongside, and good mooring bitts are provided on the barge for mooring lines. Fitted to the top deck of the accommodation is a Storage block with solar panels for battery charging. In between the pontoons there is storage for sullage, fresh water and extra floatation. Vessel has been fitted with new Genset, Electrical check to make sure everything is working including Solar charging, along with upgraded water maker, pressure pump enabling up to 5 ton per 24 hrs making. There are access points either side of the Fwd. Alfresco and from the FWD platform when in the lowered position.
