Presenting the 1997 Fairways 36 Flybridge Cruiser "Waterhouse", a true classic of Australian boatbuilding renowned for its solid construction, practical layout, and timeless flybridge design. This vessel is genuinely one of a kind, having been owned by the same meticulous owner since 1999, with extensive service history and receipts to support her careful upkeep.

Recently returned to the water, Waterhouse has just completed a comprehensive round of maintenance in January 2026, including antifoul, PropSpeed, new anodes, full cut and polish of both hull and topsides, as well as servicing of the main engine and generator. She presents in great condition for her age and continues to run beautifully.

Comfortable Entertaining & Practical Living

The rear cockpit is well set up for entertaining, featuring both a fridge and separate freezer, along with a stainless steel BBQ, creating an inviting space for relaxed cruising or evenings at anchor.

Stepping forward into the saloon, the starboard-side galley offers long benchtops, an additional fridge, microwave, and stainless sink—an excellent and functional space for preparing meals onboard. Opposite, the dinette and table comfortably seat up to four, making this a practical and sociable interior layout.

At the lower helm station, you'll find all engine instrumentation neatly laid out alongside a new Raymarine Axiom 9" touchscreen display, providing modern and intuitive navigation. A secondary helm station is located up on the flybridge, complete with upholstered lounges and ample space to relax while underway or at anchor, offering excellent visibility and comfort.
