CHAIRMAN is a custom built 80-foot aluminum sportfish motor yacht designed and built by Palmer Johnson Yachts of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin in 1997 and delivered in 1998. She is twin diesel engine powered.

She has flush decks with enclosed flybridge and cockpit stern with swim platform. She is finished in an all white two-part polyurethane paint with black boot stripe painted in June 2018.

The vessel had a major refit in 2018 with new paint, new generator, all new LED lighting, smart TVs, new 15 Ton air conditioning, new carpet, headliners, electronic Twin Disc controls, new dive compressor and multi updates.
