Hunter 450 Passage

Classic blue water cruiser with an emphasis on keeping the autonomy-systems well maintained and up-to-date. The boat comes with its own mooring in Cheung Chau Island, providing full autonomy, rent free. Perfect for living onboard, in Hong Kong or in the South Pacific.

The vessel features 2 double cabins en suite, 1 additional single berth in the saloon, and 2 heads, with the master cabin en suite bathroom including a bath tub. The master cabin has been upgraded with a new, increased size bed and new shower. A new kitchen was installed in 2023 with new cabinets, steamer, oven and microwave.

The boat is equipped with comprehensive comfort and autonomy systems. New air conditioning units were installed in 2021, with the master room AC capable of running the whole night on batteries only. A new 60L water heater provides electric and main engine heating. A new 2020 fresh water electric Raritan toilet, household size, is installed. The fridge was overhauled in 2022. Multiple new seacocks have been fitted throughout.

Power and water systems include a watermaker with recently overhauled Echotec 100 litres per hour capacity (new high pressure pump 2022), 720W solid state solar panels, 11kW LiFePo4 house batteries, a Multiplus 3kW inverter, and a dedicated LiFePo4 engine battery.

The engine is a new Volvo D2 75 diesel (200 hours, 2019). The generator is a new Kohler 5kVa marine generator (200 hours, 2020). The windlass has been overhauled with new engine and bearings.

Sails include a new full battened main (UK Sails), new Genoa (Directsails), spinnaker, storm sails, stay sail, and bad weather head sail.

Deck equipment comprises 6 self tailing winches and 1 electric winch. Navigation systems feature a new 2024 Raymarine Axiom 9 chart plotter with Hong Kong map.

The boat comes with diving equipment and many spares and tools.
