Etchells 30

Wet (1) is a beautifully restored Etchell converted to a Gentleman's Day Sailor, rigged perfectly for single handed sailing. Fitted with a Yanmar 10 p diesel inboard enclosed motor with hinged seat engine box and sail drive with folding prop. She has North Sails, furling self tacking, single through mast jib, rod kicker, and furling gennaker. The rigging is set up on the console and cuddy with 5 winches, including a console winch self tailing. Seats are formed port and starboard, seating 4 with coaming across cuddy and behind seats.

All conversion work was carried out by marine trade contractors SD Marine. Although there is no road trailer, she will still fit on a standard Etchell trailer for easy interstate transport. A steel Jinker boat trolley is included. If purchasing in SA, a mariner berth will also be available for sale at a negotiated price through the RSAYS and the owner.
