From fully equipped galley, situated at port side to a generously sized dining table in the saloon. Durable and easy-to-maintain floorboard coverings made from 2mm transparent PVC sheeting add practicality. Topsides, where visible are lined with teak battens. Overhead panels are covered in lightweight ultra leather. The Scandiflex batten system on fixed berths, along with mattresses and covers, ensures a peaceful night s sleep. Convenient storage solutions are provided throughout the whole boat.
This Swan 70 comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Featuring three large cabins comprising a luxurious master suite and two twin cabins all equipped with en-suite facilities.

ON DECK
The deck layout of the Swan 70 is meticulously designed, as is typical of all Swan yachts, with a careful balance of performance and comfort in mind. Every element is placed within easy reach for effortless handling. The foredeck offers a spacious area dedicated to sail handling and anchoring operations, alongside a large sail locker for storing essential gear. Additionally, this area provides ample deck space for lounging and sunbathing, perfect for enjoying the views. Wide side decks run along either side of the yacht, providing safe passage from the cockpit to the foredeck. It has a central cockpit and a separate helm station at the aft. This specious cockpit is well protected and serves as the central social hub of the yacht, boasting comfortable seating and dining options for guests. It also provides access to the lower deck via the main companionway. Positioned at the aft of the boat, the helm station is equipped with 2 steering pedestals, modern navigation instruments and controls, ensuring excellent visibility and easy access to sail handling equipment for the helmsman. Another entry to the owner s cabin is conveniently located from the helm station. Finally, the stern features a hydraulically controlled transom door/swimming platform, providing convenient access to the water for swimming, diving, or accessing tenders and water toys.
BELOW DECK
The saloon of the Swan 70 is both spacious and elegantly designed, providing a welcoming environment for relaxation and socializing. It boasts comfortable seating areas, a dining table, and entertainment systems for the enjoyment of guests. The U-shaped galley is conveniently located on the port side, while the navigation table can be found on the starboard side. A day head is situated behind the navigation station for added convenience. Moving aft, a skippers cabin is found, equipped with a single berth and an additional pullman berth to accommodate extra crew member. This Swan 70 features an owner s suite located aft, offering privacy and comfort to the yacht s owner. The suite includes two spacious bunk beds, one on each side, as well as an en-suite bathroom and ample storage space for personal belongings. In addition to the owner s cabin, guest cabins are located forward, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests. Each cabin is equipped with one queen-size berth and one pullman berth, along with en-suite bathroom facilities. Conveniently, access to the storage locker is available from the starboard-side guest cabin, allowing for easy stowage of additional gear and supplies.
