Introducing Affinity - A Landau Launch 20. Classic styling and ease of handling - so said Sailing Today when they tested this very capable launch. Affinity is a classically designed launch based on the cathedral type hull which combines the benefits of both planing and displacement hulls and means this type of boat is easily driven, more fuel efficient and very stable. She has a great sized cockpit with reversible captains seats and a very useful cuddy-cabin with 2 settee berths and a separate heads compartment. Pushed along by the purposeful 90HP Suzuki outboard gets you over 23 knots but the hull design means she is very frugal at river speeds. Finished in a heritage cream wrap with artificial teak decking means she turns heads too and Affinity comes complete with a single axle trailer.
Suzuki DF90 outboard - full service 2023. Yamaha 15HP auxiliary engine (little used). 3 blade 13.50 x 15 cruising prop [fitted]. 3 blade 13.75 x 19 high torque prop [spare]. 2 x 25lt tanks with gauges, stowed in under cockpit locker, giving a range of +/-60 miles at cruising speed. Cockpit locker can accommodate a few additional 5lt cans if required. Engine well washboard.
12v & USB charging/supply ports. Plastimo compass with illumination. 12v Battery with coach roof mounted trickle charge Solar Panel and Regulator. Shore power with AC Battery Charger. Tri-colour LED Navigation Light on folding s/s pennant pole.
Navman 400 Fishfinder [no log, I use Navionics chart plotter app on phone/tablet, but bracket included]. Lawrence iFinder H2Oc colour Handheld GPS Map with custom teak housing bracket. Handheld VHF with charger & mounting bracket.
Large Cockpit with 2 x 360 swivel pilot seats and 2 x fixed rear seats, all with new cushions. Leathered Steering Wheel. 4 x under seating storage lockers [1 being a gas bottle locker]. 8 Fenders with protective socks & 6 Guardrail Fender Holders. 2 full length Mooring Lines/Springs & Boat Hook. 5 Self Inflating Lifejackets and 2 Safely Harnesses. Boarding Ladder with teak rungs. Stainless steel 7.5kg Anchor on bow bracket. 10m stainless steel Anchor Chain and 20m octiplat Warp, in forward anchor locker with carry bag. Bracket for aux engine, sprung loaded. Full size & half size Winter Cockpit Cover & bespoke Summer vented Bimini & Side/Rear Panels. Bow Windex indicator. Engine Security Lock. 2019 Indespension galvanised launching trailer with central rollers, guide pads, outer supports, bow winch, jockey wheel and unused tail board with cable & lights. Serviced & new bearings in 2023. Security locks for tow hitch and wheel. Trailer made to road specification - just needs brakes installed.
Cabin Full standing height, light. 2 x full length bunks with removable lumber cushions, full-length back rests & removable teak centre table which also fits in cockpit. Lined ceiling in good condition. Forward heads with 2021 manual flush sea toilet, pull screen & hanging space for wet-weather gear, lifejackets, etc. External windows tinted and single windscreen wiper for helm. Galley Twin burner gas hob [no gas bottle] and s/s sink with new hand pump for fresh water from 35lt tank in bow.

A full 2019/20 Refurbishment includes highly successful professional wrap finish to topsides, professionally laid, artificial teak on side-decks, foredecks, cockpit sole & cabin sole. Antifouled. New internal cushions, covers & side linings, and new 15-piece external awnings set [giving may various cockpit cover options for winter, spring/autumn & summer]. New swivel pilot seats & cushions, cockpit cushions & moveable foot stool.
