This 132 7 PERINI NAVI 40M luxury sailing yacht for sale is the second of the Italian Yard s 40m series. She was built by Perini Navi in 2001 and subsequently comprehensively refitted in 2015, 2020, 2021 and more recently in 2025. The yacht s interiors are in warm cherry with exquisite carvings, designed by Perini Navi are timeless and complemented by beautiful furniture and sumptuous seating, which create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere, a true Gentleman s sailing yacht. This PERINI NAVI 40M was a 2001 International Superyacht Society Design Award finalist for Best Sailing Yachts over 36 metres. She can accommodate up to 9 guests in 4 en-suite cabins, including a master suite, 1 VIP cabin and 2 twin cabins, one of them in the guest area, the second forward. She can also accommodate up to 6 crew members on board. This PERINI NAVI 40M is powered by twin 469 Hp MTU engines giving her a top speed of 12.9 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots. On sails, her propulsion is ensured by an amazing total sail area of 812 m2 (8740 sq ft). She has been expertly maintained and benefitted from overhaul in 2015, with new sails, fresh paint on the masts, superstructure, hull and bottom. The bottom and internal tanks were sandblasted to bare metal and recoated. New teak decks were also installed. All systems were replaced or serviced, including hydraulics, winches, HVAC, refrigeration, NavCom and A/V. Complete starboard gearbox maintenance (bearings, seals, oil changes, filters, etc.) and regular engine maintenance completed. The AC unit was replaced. Charts and radio have been checked and updated. All safety equipment has been checked. Then, the vessel received additional refits in 2020, 2021 and 2025 (details on request).
