Beautiful second owner Tiara 35 Open with complete and up to date maintenance on her Cummins engines. Pride of ownership is evident throughout the vessel. The original owner kept her in a covered slip in Virginia until the present owners bought her in the spring of 2020 and brought her to Maryland. She went to Florida and back in 2024/2025 for the winter season.

Thoughtful additions include a custom charging station in the chart table, a second charging port at the helm, new EM-Trak AIS Transceiver, robust canvas options including a sunshade and cockpit mooring cover and new AGM batteries and 60 amp ProNautic charger in the summer of 2024.

Few domestic builders can match Tiara's reputation for engineering and quality, and fewer still exceed the company when it comes to timeless design. The 3500 Open is a case in point: hardly revolutionary in concept, she's a beautifully crafted express cruiser whose classic styling has held up well over the years. Built on a modified-V hull with a wide beam, prop pockets reduce draft and shaft angles. Primarily a cruising boat, the large cockpit of the 3500 Open provides an excellent platform for fishing as well. A transom door, wet bar, and in-deck fish box are standard, and the entire bridge deck rises on hydraulic rams for access to the motors. Belowdecks, the spacious single-stateroom interior of the 3500 Open can only be described as lush, with handcrafted teak joinery, leather upholstery, and a full teak-and-holly cabin sole. Additional features include an L-shaped lounge opposite the helm, aft-facing cockpit seats, an electric windshield vent, an integral swim platform, and a bow pulpit.
