About this vessel
Built by the renowned Northshore yard in the UK, the Delphis 10 is a superbly built, highly capable powerboat with a fantastic specification.
There were only six Delphis 10s ever built, all by Northshore, to a design by Nigel Bennett (legendary British racing car designer) and Renato 'Sonny' Levy (highly renowned for his offshore racing powerboat designs and hugely influential in the development of the modern deep V delta planning hull form). 'Lo-Fi' is hull number four, and Nigel Bennett took personal ownership of hull number two.
Rare to the market and sleeping a potential six across two cabins and the saloon, 'Lo-Fi' has benefitted from an extensive upgrade programme in 2019 including new twin Volvo D3 220hp diesel engines (only 260 hours run-time to date), fully upgraded navigation and engine instrumentation suite, Aquamatic sterndrives, stainless steel duo props, and a Volvo Penta joystick docking system. With many recent upgrades including new canvas work (2025), Eberspacher heating (2024), and a new Isotherm fridge (2025).
'Lo-Fi' performs extremely well with the owner reporting a comfortable and economic cruising speed of around 23 knots in open water (being 30 knots plus capable) combined with fantastic maneuverability in the marina utilising a Volvo Penta joystick docking system and a Sleipner bow thruster.
With no expense spared and much upgraded, this is a unique opportunity to purchase a stunning two-owner from new, ready to go cruiser that will turn heads wherever she goes.
The interior features beautiful cherry wood joinery with teak and holly style cabin sole boards. The spacious saloon includes raised C-shaped seating to starboard, a folding solid cherry wood table, and a linear galley to port with a double stainless-steel sink, hot and cold pressurised water, gimbled two-burner gas hob with grill and oven, and an Isotherm refrigerator. A full-size linear chart table is positioned opposite the helmsman's seat. The forward cabin offers large single V berths port and starboard with opening overhead deck hatches and opening portlights. The guest twin cabin has full-size twin single berths with a hanging locker and open shelf stowage. The heads feature a Jabsco sea water toilet, GRP hand basin with hot and cold pressurised water, Corian countertop, shower head extension, and extractor fan.
The cockpit and decking are finished in teak-laid sole with a folding stainless steel framed bench seat, solid teak wheelhouse door with integrated teak cockpit table, and outboard cockpit lockers with ample stowage. Wide walkaround side decks provide access to both the bathing platform and cockpit, with stainless steel handrails, opening deck hatches, and a stainless steel gantry with hinged top section to reduce air draft for low bridges. The bathing platform features a teak-laid sole, stainless steel ladder, snap davits for the tender, and an outboard engine stowage bracket.
