About this vessel
'Just Olivia' a fantastic example of a First 21.7 lifting keel. A great family day boat or weekender combining rewarding performance with a practical accommodation layout. The lifting keel is a great benefit for cruising our local waters whilst allowing exploration of shallow coves and bays. Powered by a 6HP Tohatsu outboard purchased new 2022 and equipped with Raymarine navigation package, spinnaker rigging with pole and beaching legs.
Tohatsu 6HP extra long shaft 4 stroke petrol (purchased new 2022). Charging coil connecting to the boats electrical circuit for charging the main battery. Only 1 hour run time. Long distance fuel tank.
2X Batteries (1X radio and lights, 1X tiller pilot). 240V cable. Solar panel and controller. Tiller pilot with own solar panel, controller and battery. Cabin lights. Portable mains electric heater.
Bermudan sloop rig. Alloy mast and spars. Swivelling mast stepping kit. Stainless steel rigging (original). Running rigging led aft to cockpit (original). Roller furling reefing jib (Furler drum replaced 2020). Spinnaker pole (no sail). Lazy jack system and bag. Sail wardrobe: Main sail (original). Furling Genoa (Original). Genoa luff sock.
Navigation lights. Low energy mooring light that can be raised separately to save battery life. Raymarine log. speed and depth. Tiller pilot. Depth sounder (2016). Icom VHF radio (2018). Bulkhead compass.
Two outboard brackets (2nd replaces bathing ladder but can be reversed back to ladder if preferred). Named dodgers. Stainless steel guard wire. Fenders and warps. 2X Anchors, chain. Fittings for beaching legs. Centre anchoring cleat.
Jack stay lines to port and starboard. 2X triple hook safety lines to attach to jack stays. Manual fog horn. First Aid Kit.

Beaching legs. Mast support for transporting. A frame to assist dropping of mast. Twin axle braked trailer with sealed bearings, brake pads replaced 2020. Road trailer with 4 new tyres circa 420 miles of use.
4 berths, open plan layout. Double V berth in the bow. 2X quarter berth singles aft. Bespoke camping stove compartment. Saloon table that can be used in cabin or cockpit. Additional cabin shelving and storage nets. Chemical toilet.
Beneteau First 21.7. GRP Hull (white) and injection moulded deck. Pivoting cast iron keel. Buoyancy foam sections throughout the hull to make it unsinkable. Self draining cockpit with teak slatted cockpit bench. Last ashore March 2025 and antifouled.
