Katy is a beautifully presented 57ft cruiser stern narrowboat, built in 2006 by Bourne Boatbuilders and finished in an eye-catching light teal livery. Her interior is sleek, modern and remarkably practical, benefitting from Prowarm underfloor heating that provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

Entering from the stern, you step directly into a well-appointed bedroom featuring a fixed double bed with storage beneath, two full-height wardrobes, an over-bed double cupboard and a chest of drawers, offering excellent liveaboard-friendly storage. Moving forward, you reach the full-width shower room. This stylish space includes a corner glass shower cubicle with a thermostatically controlled shower, a contemporary vanity unit with a chrome-look sink and mixer tap, a separating toilet and a heated towel rail, creating a bright and comfortable washroom.

A walk-through galley follows, fitted with bespoke cabinetry with shaker-style doors, slate-look laminate worktops and matching splashbacks.
