"Starlight" is an absolutely stunning and rare custom-built yacht that was designed and built by the famous Huckins Yacht in Jacksonville, FL. Founded in 1928, Huckins is known throughout the industry of designing and building a very high quality product with exquisite classic lines, a patented Quadraconic hull design, and flawless joinery. She is all composite, extremely efficient, tracks perfectly straight in a sea, and draws only 2'6"— allowing her to cruise in waters that most yachts of her size do not have access to. Her hull design is so efficient that she can plane on only one engine, and cruises an easy 22 knots with a top end of 30 knots with her twin Cummins QSM11 670hp power package coupled with Hamilton 403 jet drives—which have recently been fully serviced.

Originally built for a gentleman who designed custom aircraft interiors for a living, his influence in her interior layout and design are evident upon inspection. Her second owners, who are quite seasoned yacht owners, have done nothing but improve upon an already perfect work of art.

The full-beam master stateroom features a centerline queen berth and "Jack and Jill" head aft with sink and vanity to port, head with sink and vanity to starboard, and a roomy shower between the two heads, two large hanging lockers, washer/dryer, abundant drawer storage, two hampers, and natural lighting through portholes.

The forward guest stateroom has a centerline queen berth with ensuite head, stall shower, large hanging locker, and drawer storage.

The galley is curved and well-appointed with granite countertops and full equipment. The spacious salon offers plenty of seating and an electric high-low table, with electric shades to port and starboard. The helm deck is tremendous and enclosed with opposing settees to port and starboard.

The vessel is a must-see for anyone aspiring to experience the Great Loop or cruise the Bahamas, with very shallow hull draft and low air draft, and efficient operation. She is currently located in Marathon, FL with plans to cruise her back to Virginia this Spring.
