Be first to view this highly desirable Stephen Seaton design. The MV "KOHO" is a high quality, Canadian built vessel lofted along the lines of an American Tug 365 but with generous headroom throughout, along with the added bonus of a fly bridge helm station which is easily accessed from side steps on either side of the Pilothouse Dutch Doors. Her spacious engine room houses a Cummins QSB 380hp which gives a 7 - 12 knot cruise with a top speed of 15 knots. Properly equipped for cruising in the NorthWest, including stern and bow thrusters, Hurricane hydronic heat and a deluxe dinghy package. Recent improvements include new Garmin electronics, a Zen water-maker, full solar panel array with Lithium-ion batteries - Victron system, inverter, new anchor windlass, new full cockpit enclosure and Bimini top and much more.
The covered cockpit has high sided gunwales and is accessed from the swim grid through a centre transom gate. Cockpit has a boarding ladder to upper deck/flybridge with Diamond SeaGlaze hatch cover.
A well designed deluxe Dinghy Davit with electric winch and remote maintains swim grid access to center transom boarding gate. The tender is a 2019 Stryker 310 Aluminum Hull RIB with 2019 20hp electric start Suzuki outboard.
The large lazarette provides storage access from cockpit deck hatch with easy access to rudder post, hydraulic steering ram and autopilot attachment.
The salon is entered from the cockpit through a Diamond SeaGlaze Door to a wide beam space with galley to starboard. To Port is an L shaped settee and high low table which converts to a large queen berth. Interior cherry wood finish and flooring.
Up three steps from the galley/salon accesses the raised pilot house with large forward sloping windows, port and starboard Diamond SeaGlaze Dutch Doors, Lewmar hatch and two small rear facing opening windows. The helm station features new Garmin Electronics including Plotter, Radar, and Sounder, along with Autopilot with Remote, a new search light with remote, Cummins Smart Craft Display, Kobelt Smart Control "Mighty Mariner" electronic single lever control station, Side Power Bow and Stern Thrusters, three windshield wiper controls, new XM Weather unit and stereo, remote bilge pump status lights, hydronic heat control, lighted compass, destroyer style helm wheel with hydraulic steering, windshield defrosters, AC/DC Blue Seas Panels, and remote Fireboy Engine Room fire extinguisher panel. The station is Starlink ready.
Access to the large engine room is through two pilothouse hatches with folding ladders. It houses a Cummins QSB 5.9 380 HO with a Twin Disc Transmission and Twin Disc Trolling Valve. Additional engine room equipment includes a Zen Watermaker, Lithium House Batteries plus AGM start and thruster batteries, Hurricane II Hydronic Diesel Heater 34,000 BTU with engine heat exchanger for heating underway, Reverso oil change system, domestic water pump and accumulator tank, Fireboy Engine Room Fire Extinguisher with remote deployment, and Racor 500 Dual filter system.
The stateroom and head are accessed from a companionway on the port side of pilothouse. The stateroom features a large walk-around queen berth with two pull out drawers below, a new queen mattress, storage access under the mattress, two cedar lined lockers, and forward bilge access. The head has tiled flooring, an electric Tecma Silent Flush head, vanity with hot water recirculating valve, and a large stand-up shower.
The flybridge is accessed from either the port or starboard side steps from the Dutch Doors or from the cockpit access ladder. This upper steering station features a new heavy duty Bimini top, soft foam boat flooring, two helm chairs, folding mast with drop leaf table, starboard helm station with Garmin Plotter and Engine Instrumentation, single lever Kobelt electronic engine control, VHF remote microphone, and 12V outlet for tablet plug-in.
Ground tackle includes a new Lewmar windlass with remote and chain counter, Rocna Vulcan 33kg anchor, 250 feet of 5/16th G4 High Tensile chain made in USA quality, 200 feet of 3 strand nylon rode, secondary Delta anchor with 15 feet chain and 200 feet rode, extra fenders and floats, and anchor wash down with either sea or fresh water option.
