2007 Beneteau

This Beneteau 423 has the two cabin arrangement, has seen little use and is very clean. The cabin sole is in near perfect condition as well as the rest of the interior. The interior cushions are a neutral color in great condition.

The engine has been operated less than 50 hours per year and there is a feathering prop. The galley stove has been lit once. The owners' space is forward with a private head featuring an electric toilet and a large stall shower with a lexan folding door.

Accommodations

Standard two cabin Beneteau 423 layout and rich interior. The salon and cabins feature plenty of opening ports and hatches with screens for good ventilation throughout. The master cabin is forward with a center-line queen berth with inner spring mattress and an ensuite head with separate shower stall. The dinette table with center leaf will convert into a double berth. The main salon has 6'5" headroom. The guest cabin is aft with its own private entrance to the second head. The nav station is to port and the galley is to starboard.

There is a varnished teak and holly sole, screens and curtains for all opening ports. There are interior hatch roller shades as well as hatch covers for the exterior.

There are two heads - forward is electric and aft is manual. There are holding tanks with y-valves and macerators.
