Overview
About this vessel
Stylish, eye catching and in full flight screams Look at me. The Mustang 3500 is a great looking boat on the water and with a customised hardtop really has a lot of bases covered for the WA market. A deep vee in the bow running out into huge chines offers stability and great handling whether underway or at rest. Located South of us here in Mandurah it's just a short drive to view this Mustang 3500 HT.
An integrated swim platform with stainless steel railing ready for your BBQ, a sizeable rear locker that will hold an outboard and more all greet you as you step aboard the Mustang 3500 Hard Top. An ideal place to shuffle a cray fish around the BBQ plate, wet a line or take a leap of faith into the azure waters of your favourite bay. Step through the starboard side transom door into your Cockpit entertaining area. A heavily padded rear wrap around transom lounge will seat a group of your friends as you cruise the river with drink in hand taken directly out of the huge ice chest aft of the skippers helm seat to the starboard side together with the sink it forms a great wet bar facility. Step up to the helm area with a second heavily padded Ports side chaise lounge opposite the skippers helm seating. Keeping the skipper company is done in comfort and still allows you to interact with your guest relaxing in the rear lounge. It's a social boat for all with all you see protected by the overhead hard top - No more clears and canopies to worry about.
Sliding the companionway door open making your way down the timber stairs will have the Saloon opening up before you. It's a spacious area, great head room and plenty of internal beam on offer with natural light able to filter through the overhead sky light. The usual wrap around lounge to the starboard side with a timber drop down table allowing an additional berth to be utilised if required. Your typical Mustang Galley to Port with moulded benchtops, Euro Kera twin element stove, Sharp micro and fridge. All you will need to keep your guest happy on a day out on the water. Spending the night, wind down with a few of your favourite tunes through the Fusion stereo or catch a movie on the Axis TV. Winding down at the end of the day in style.
Plenty of accommodation is available in this 35 foot package with a queen sized berth to the bow suitable for my tall frame, an aft transverse queen side berth with seating will keep your guests or children happy and if needed the dinette can be lowered to form a small double should the need arise. Sleeping for 6 at a squeeze.
Taking up the helm seating offers fantastic vision through the wrap around screens and has all you might need right to hand in a concise typical Mustang helm layout. Raymarine GPS and Sounder, Side Power bow thruster, Bennett trim tabs, Fusion stereo controls, Neautra salt flusher and the usual bank of gauges. Turn the keys on your twin Volvo 5.0 GXi stern drives pushing out 2790 Hp per side and head out for the day. She is responsive to the throttle with excellent low speed handling around the jetty with or without the use of the bow thruster. A pleasure to drive.
