Overview
About this vessel
With more than 2,000 square feet of modern comfort, this mint condition 60ft Bondway is currently berthed in Langkawi. Very well maintained and was updated by the current owners. The vessel benefits from the "wedding cake" design, three levels of silver-tinted panoramic windows guaranteeing great views while protecting the interiors from heat and direct sunlight. Typically, a much larger vessel would be needed to achieve this much interior space. This model was designed for the Hong Kong market to provide a home on the water in an exclusive upmarket marina. The majority of the owners were Cathay Pacific pilots and their families. This particular boat was custom built for a Danish family, and Dannebrog is the name of the Danish Flag.
The vessel came to life in 2008 and was a home for the first owners in Hong Kong for ten years. The vessel was shipped to Phuket and the present owners took ownership in 2019 and steamed down to Langkawi where the vessel is now berthed.
The layout offers one private level for up to five guests whilst retaining a private suite for the owners. The guests' level comprises 3 bedrooms, sitting room and full bathroom. The private sitting room has TV, Wifi, refrigerator and espresso machine. The BBQ deck, dining room, kitchen, lounge saloon and deck are shared with the owners.
The lower deck accommodation comprises two twin bedrooms and one single bedroom plus one large guest bathroom with bath and a sitting room with media room. Three TVs are installed with internet and Chromecast. Each room has ample storage space and locking personal storage. An electronic room safe is in the single room.
The owners' cabin is in the bow with a raised king size bed and cathedral ceiling space. There is a full ensuite bathroom with spacious shower and generous storage spaces. An electronic room safe is concealed under the bathroom sink.
The main deck is occupied by a large saloon which leads out to a rear deck. Glass concertina doors allow full opening of the rear of the boat. Tinted windows cut down on afternoon heat and heavy block out curtains and blinds are fitted. There is a guest washroom accessed towards the galley kitchen.
The upper decks boast a mezzanine kitchen with panoramic tinted windows, a top deck dining room with a stunning epoxy river table opening onto a large covered terrace with outdoor dining and glass door entertaining refrigerator.
