This versatile commercial vessel is certified to AMSA 2C, 2 Crew + 8 Special Personnel and 2C, 2 Crew + 8 Unberthed PAX, making it well suited for workboat operations, transfers, research, diving and a range of commercial operations. Powered by a reliable Yanmar engine, it has benefited from a number of recent upgrades, including an overhauled cooling system, new turbo and transom plate completed in 2023, ensuring reliable performance for operations offshore.

"AMS8" is well-equipped for offshore operations with reliable electronics including a Simrad 12" NSS Evo 3S, Ocean Talk AIS700, VHF radios and a range of equipment including a Kevrek Hiab crane and Lonestar 1000W capstan winch. The layout is versatile and functional, featuring a forward boarding platform, spacious foredeck with plenty of space to store equipment, semi-enclosed centre cabin, aft deck with comfortable seating and dive ladder providing convenient access to the vessel. Recent upgrades include new storm covers and new sea deck fitted, further enhancing comfort whilst cruising or at anchor. This vessel presents well-equipped and suited to a broad range of commercial operations.
