The hull, deck superstructure and roof in three separate GRP mouldings. Hand lay-up using woven rovings and chop strand mat. Integral stiffening and cored topsides. Vinylester resin used in skin coat. Four full width composite bulkheads bonded to hull and deck. Bonded longitudinals with hardwood inserts which form the engine bearers. Hull Epoxy treatment. All skin fittings on or below the waterline are in bronze, complete with gate valve. Anodes - transom mounted on rudders, trim tabs and over shafts. Stainless steel opening portholes in all cabins. Coloured boot top and stripes. Full perimeter rub rail. Deck superstructure bolted and bonded to hull along bulwark line. Deck joint capped in stainless steel and rubber rub rail. Sliding wheelhouse door. Twin skylights, bonded into roof moulding. Grab rails on roof moulding and mast. Folding GRP mast with s/s fittings for navigation equipment. Three part windscreen in stainless steel frame.
