True World 28

This 2008 True World Marine TE-2810, a 28' sportfishing boat, is a fishing machine for near shore and offshore anglers. The "Smooth Operator" is a one owner vessel and has been meticulously maintained and repowered in the fall of 2023 with a new Yanmar 315 turbo-diesel engine featuring 116 hours. The Yammer engine is center mounted and very fuel efficient.

This is a great riding vessel with the engine weight in the middle for stability, leaving a large wide-open cockpit for fishing or cruising. These fiberglass boats are well built with high gunwales and high stainless 316 bow rails from the cockpit to the bow that provide security using the wide walkaround, a true walkaround, not a "crawl-around" like many other boats in this class. The boat is turnkey with many upgrades: custom dashboard, full enclosure, saltwater washdown livewell, and circulation tank heater. The owner has been fishing up to 80 miles east of Virginia Beach fishing from the Norfolk Canyon to Hatteras Canyon.

Owner painted the prop, rudder, shaft and trim tabs with Pettit Prop Coat Barnacle Barrier in 2022. Vessel has been kept on a lift for many years. Owner has digital maintenance and service records.
