Other recent major enhancements include ABT STAR at rest stabilization, Tidalwave sewage treatment system, upgraded AV system, Electrosea Clearline system, Starlink and much more.
Accommodations and Layout
The interior arrangement—for living and for mechanical spaces—emphasizes onboard comfort and operation throughout extended passages. Entering from the cockpit step up to the California deck and then into the salon area, the interior is beautifully crafted in two species of cherry and luxurious stonework. The cherry wood bulkheads and cabinetry are broken up by a beautiful linen color textured wall covering. This really lightens the interior and gives an airy feeling.
Main Salon
To starboard is a beautiful dining area featuring new seating upholstered in durable Sunbrella fabric. To port, a comfortable lounge area incorporates a Scan Design double recliner sofa paired with a leather swivel armchair. The salon's open layout creates a wide, light-filled, and stylish living space ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
Two swivel barstools are positioned at the galley counter, providing additional casual seating. The cabin sole is finished with new carpeting throughout the salon. Custom window shades are neatly concealed beneath cherry valances, enhancing both privacy and elegance. A built-in cabinet houses the television, which rises smoothly on an electric lift.
Galley
The galley is located at the forward end of the salon on the port side, and its open placement creates a highly social connection with the main living area. Large forward-facing windows flood the space with natural light while providing excellent fore-and-aft visibility, enhancing both ambiance and functionality underway.
The galley is exceptionally well appointed and equipped for extended cruising, featuring granite countertops with radiused edges and matching backsplash, custom hand-laid tile sole, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer units with ice maker and teak paneling, GE Profile stainless steel drop-in electric range with custom stainless sea rails and pot holders, GE Advantium microwave oven with exhaust blower, GE Profile trash compactor, Bosch dishwasher, InSinkErator garbage disposal, and Raritan Icer-Ette ice maker located in the starboard-side pantry.
Owner's Suite and Head
The transition from the salon and galley to the full-beam owner's stateroom and head is both easy and intuitive. The king-size berth is positioned on centerline, allowing unimpeded access on all sides as well as convenient access to the desk and extensive clothing storage areas.
Owner's stateroom features include a 40" flat-screen television mounted forward in a dedicated alcove, desk and workspace area which can also be used as a vanity and lounge area to starboard, full-length dressing mirror, edge-bound carpeted sole, nightstands on both sides of the berth, abundant drawer and locker storage, and new custom headboard.
Owner's head features include a molded FRP shower stall with glass door, custom hand-laid tile sole and walls, granite countertop, air conditioning and heating vents, and exhaust blower.
Unique additional features include a dedicated wine cellar located below the owner's stateroom, accessed via a hatch and short stairway; custom teak racking accommodates over 100 bottles and includes acrylic bottle guards. A forward tool room/workshop is located ahead of the wine cellar, providing additional storage and service space.
Guest Staterooms and Heads
Three guest staterooms are located on the lower deck, accessed via the companionway from the salon. Each stateroom is well appointed and designed for comfort on extended voyages.
The port guest stateroom features two twin berths with a bedside table, a hanging locker lined with Japanese cedar, and drawer storage. A pipe berth is located outboard. An adjacent head serves this stateroom and includes a shower, custom hand-laid tile sole, granite countertop, and exhaust blower.
The starboard aft guest stateroom is fitted with a queen-size berth featuring a teak headboard frame, bedside table, and an outboard pipe berth. This stateroom has an en-suite head with the same high-quality appointments as the port guest head.
The starboard forward guest stateroom offers a double-size berth complemented by a teak headboard frame. An en-suite head, matching the port guest head in finish and equipment, completes this accommodation.
Individual heating and air-conditioning controls are provided in each guest stateroom for personalized comfort.
Pilothouse
The pilothouse is designed to serve as a comfortable and functional gathering space during extended passages, combining excellent visibility with a relaxed watch-standing environment. The interior features a clearly arranged, easily viewable, and fully equipped instrument console, two Stidd adjustable helm chairs with new cushions, raised dinette seating with teak table located aft of the helm chairs, dedicated work desk to starboard of the dinette settee, aft stateroom to port featuring a wide pilot berth, full en-suite head with granite countertop, shower, and dedicated air-conditioning and heating outlet, aft exterior access to the upper deck and flybridge, abundant drawer storage including a large chart drawer, and U-Line beverage refrigerator.
Machinery Spaces
The large engine room and associated mechanical spaces reflect Nordhavn's hallmark efficiency and serviceability. The layout provides air conditioning for comfort during inspections, full walk-around access to the main engines, and walk-up access to the generators. Engine and systems monitoring modules with engine controls are centrally located, and a stainless steel workbench is positioned along the bulkhead for maintenance and service tasks.
The engine room connects directly to the cockpit lazarette via a gasketed water tight aluminum door, providing all-conditions access to the steering gear, mechanical and electrical systems, battery banks, air-conditioning equipment, and additional gear stored within this expansive space.
