Built by the renowned Italian yard Perini Navi and designed by acclaimed naval architect Ron Holland, Asahi was delivered in 2009 and swiftly earned prestigious recognition, clinching the Best 45m+ Sailing Yacht award at the 2010 World Superyacht Awards.
Recently refitted in 2023, Asahi showcases an array of upgrades, including a newly repainted hull and stern, fresh decking around the mast, an upgraded galley, and new soles throughout the open-plan saloon and dining area. On the regatta circuit, Asahi stands out with her carbon fibre automatic furling boom, streamlined full aluminium hull, and 1,500 square metres of sail area, reaching speeds of up to 15.5 knots. Her Doyle sails, replaced in 2022, ensure peak performance.
The flybridge provides a luxurious retreat with a large Jacuzzi pool, generous guest seating, and dual helm stations for panoramic views. The aft cockpit is perfect for al fresco dining, featuring a 12-seater table for unforgettable meals under the stars.
