Overview
About this vessel
Sunrise is a beautifully maintained 2010 Lagoon 400 sailing catamaran, currently lying at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. She is registered as a Singapore-licensed charter yacht (SZH), approved to carry up to 20 passengers, and can easily be converted back to private use if preferred.
This is the desirable owner's version, offering a spacious private suite on the starboard hull with its own ensuite and lounge area. The port hull features two comfortable guest cabins sharing a large bathroom. The open-plan saloon and galley provide panoramic views, excellent ventilation, and plenty of natural light — perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing at anchor.
Twin Yanmar 3JH5E diesel engines with saildrives power the vessel, with approximately 2,695 hours as of November 2025. A Cummins Onan diesel generator provides full power autonomy. The last antifoul and maintenance haul-out took place in July 2024.
The sails include original furling genoa and mainsail from 2010, though these have been unused since 2015 and are due for replacement. Standing rigging dates from 2010 and inspection or replacement is recommended.
Electronics comprise a comprehensive Raymarine suite including chartplotter, autopilot, and wind instruments, alongside VHF radio, depth sounder, compass, and navigation lights.
The galley is equipped with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The saloon features stereo system, television, and a complete karaoke setup, with ample seating and storage throughout.
Owned since 2015 by the current owner, Sunrise has been operated as a charter yacht in Singapore and maintained to commercial standards. Her SZH license and 20-passenger capacity make her a ready opportunity for those wishing to continue charter operations or to convert to a comfortable private cruising catamaran.
